Failure Symptoms

When using the A9 Max normally, after clicking to enter sleep mode or when it automatically enters sleep mode, clicking the keyboard or mouse causes the power button LED to change from a breathing/flashing state to a constant light. However, the device fails to display the desktop properly. At this point, the device starts to overheat, and the cooling fan does not operate. Disable Automatic Graphics Driver Updates

1.After installing the older version of the graphics driver, open Device Manager and confirm that the graphics driver version is 32.0.21013.1000 and Driver Date:5/28/2025

2.Updating to the latest BIOS for A9 Max, AMD will officially release a dedicated driver version tailored for A9 Max. This will completely resolve the abnormal sleep function issue.
