Important statement:
The GT1 Mega model had a 5% selection for automatic upgrade to Windows 11 24H2 version during factory shipment. However, during this process, some machines failed to upgrade and automatically reverted to the 23H2 version. At this point, some upgrade-related files remained on the system’s C drive, and certain files were mistakenly flagged as viruses by antivirus software, which caused the issue.
To address this, our company has instructed the factory to perform a full system reinstall on all machines in the warehouse and those packaged for shipment, to avoid similar problems. Additionally, until the probability issue is resolved, new machines will no longer automatically upgrade to the 24H2 system.
